PROGRAMMES

Structured programmes for cognitive blueprinting

CogniBlueprint programmes guide teams through design, readiness and orchestration phases using our platform registry — not open-ended consulting retainers.

Design Lab session at CogniBlueprint

PROGRAMME P1

Design Lab

A five-day facilitated programme where your team maps intent, data boundaries and reasoning topology using CogniBlueprint layer templates. Participants leave with a versioned L1–L3 blueprint document, stakeholder sign-off checklist and integration assumptions register.

Design Lab is ideal for product teams entering applied AI who need architectural clarity before vendor selection or infrastructure spend. Sessions run at our Brampton studio or remotely with shared blueprint canvases. Each cohort is capped at eight participants to ensure depth of review.

Duration: 5 days · Format: Studio or remote

Readiness workshop for cognitive AI deployment

PROGRAMME P2

Readiness Workshop

A three-day intensive focused on validation gates, evaluation suites and governance patterns. Teams audit existing prototypes against CogniBlueprint L4 criteria, identify gaps in observability and human oversight, and produce a promotion readiness scorecard.

This programme does not guarantee deployment success — it provides an honest assessment of whether your cognitive system meets the validation thresholds defined in your blueprint. Engineering leads, compliance officers and ML practitioners collaborate in structured review sessions with documented outcomes.

Duration: 3 days · Prerequisite: L1–L3 blueprint

Orchestration Lab for multi-agent cognitive workflows

PROGRAMME P3

Orchestration Lab

An advanced programme for teams shipping multi-model and multi-agent cognitive workflows. Participants design orchestration graphs, tool bindings, fallback chains and scale topology using the CogniBlueprint integration grid.

Orchestration Lab covers Kubernetes serving patterns, cost governance, latency SLOs and incident runbooks. Graduates receive orchestration blueprint artefacts ready for platform engineering handoff. This is platform education and architecture facilitation — not outsourced development or agency delivery.

Duration: 4 days · Prerequisite: Readiness Workshop

Programme selection guide

Teams new to cognitive AI architecture should begin with Design Lab to establish L1–L3 blueprints before investing in infrastructure. Organisations with existing prototypes should enrol in Readiness Workshop to assess validation gate coverage. Advanced teams shipping multi-agent workflows benefit most from Orchestration Lab after completing prerequisite workshops.

All programmes include access to the CogniBlueprint registry during the engagement period, printed and digital blueprint artefacts, and a post-programme summary with recommended next steps. Custom programme bundles for enterprise teams are available on request through our contact form.
